You can do this quickly and easily in three simple steps.

You may return your order up to 14 days after receipt, and we will refund the purchase amount within five business days after receiving your return.

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and this helps avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received your package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
