Consumer: a person purchasing products for personal use.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded online.

3. Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.

4. Product Information
We aim to describe products accurately. However:

  • Obvious errors are not binding
  • Images are illustrative
  • Small variations may occur
  • Product pages show:
  • Prices 
  • Payment methods
  • Delivery time

5. Agreement
An agreement is formed once an order is placed and confirmed by email. Secure payment systems are used.

6. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You may return products within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in original condition. You must request a return first by email.

7. Return Costs & Refunds
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product, using the original payment method.

8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized items
  • Hygiene products with broken seals
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products once delivered

9. Prices
Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices and correct errors.

10. Warranty
Products must match their description. Defects must be reported within 14 days. Warranty is void in case of misuse or damage.

11. Delivery
Orders are delivered within the stated timeframe (maximum 30 days). Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Risk transfers upon delivery.

12. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled with one month’s notice.

13. Payment
Payment must be made using the available methods. In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged.

14. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days of noticing an issue. We respond within 14 days.

15. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

16. Governing Law
These Terms follow applicable laws while respecting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country.
